Cancellation Policy
Sometimes cancelling is a must! We understand that life can bring emergencies where your hair suddenly becomes last priority. We ask that if possible, a 24 hour notice is given to your stylist to cancel your appointment. This request is made simply to allow us an opportunity to fill any openings and adjust our schedule to accommodate each of our guests. If a notice is not given as requested, a fee of 50% of your scheduled service price is to be made prior to rescheduling. This fee is to cover our time for your scheduled spot. Our cancellation policy is at the discretion of the individual stylist and/or the salon owner.
